Seen in April 2014, 422 now has Canberra registration MO367, and is about to leave on the city tour from the main city stop outside the Melbourne Building in Northbourne Avenue. The tour started in January after the free city tour run by ACTION to commemorate the city's centenary finished its stint for the centenary year, 2013.

 To British eyes, this MCW Metrobus looks fairly standard apart from the full depth opening windows. However, MO168 is seen at the start point of the original Canberra Tour back in August 2002. Open top Metrobuses were also available, but the weather was not conducive to their use. The bus, which was new to China Motor Bus in Hong Kong as MC9, subsequently saw use in Sydney. |
