Background: founded on 1967 by Mr. Su, Ta Fu and spread 2^nd plant on 1998. TAR-FUE is not only the leading independent manufacturer of buses and luxury coaches in Taiwan but also well known on the appearance and quality especially on coaches. Besides, TAR-FUE is the Taiwan 1^st exporter since 1982 and good at building a number of chassises like Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, Renault V.I., MAN, DAF, PEGASO, IVECO, FUSO, HINO, ISUZU, SPARTAN(with Cummins engine).

Products: Bodywork for city/intercity/school buses and luxury coaches(high deck, double deck, and articulated)

TF Midi: 3 doors(2 for passengers in front and the middle each, 1 for emergency at the rear of driver side) or 4 doors(another 1 for driver). Seats: 33, length: 11~11.3M, width: 2.43M, height: 3.30M, fit with rear engine as of FUSO MK117JL, Option: 2 x TV(20" & 14"), toilet, small refrigerator, and audio system.

TF City: door versions are the same as TF Midi. Seats: 45~49, length: 12~12.2M, width: 2.48M, height: 3.40~3.55M, fit with rear engine as HINO LRM2KSL, ISUZU K-CPM580. Option: 2 x TV(20"), toilet, refrigerator, and audio system.

TF Inter: door versions are the same as TF Midi and TF City. Seats: 45~49, length: 12~12.2M, width: 2.48M, height: 3.50~3.70M, fit with rear and middle engines as of Scania 124IB4X2,Volvo B10M, HINO LRM2KSL. Standard facilities: 2 x TV (20") and 1 interior monitor with electric clock, toilet, refrigerator, and audio system.

TF School: Spec. same as TF City and mostly mounted on ISUZU chassises.

Coaches

TF 210: The newest design on 1999 for double deck and mostly built on FUSO U-MP618PL, Volvo B12 & B7R, Scania K124IB4X2 with rear engines. Seats: 55~57, length: 12.2M,width: 2.48M, height: 3.7M(min.). 5 doors available(1 extra for luggage at the rear of hostess side). Standard facilities: 4~6 x TV in 10" & 20" and 1 interior monitor with electric clock, toilet, drink machine, deluxe audio system, refrigerator, KARAOKE……etc.

TF 210T: Big triangle glasses on both sides in front. The others are the same as TF210.

TF 210H: High deck, without the middle bumper in front with headlamps between the big 2 glasses.

Seats: 45~49, height: 3.45~3.60M. TV x 3 and the other conditions are the same as TF 210.

Production: Annual output is 120 (60% coaches & 40% buses) with a target 180-200.

Contract/Project: TAR-FUE has a long-term agreement with the Taiwan dealers of Volvo, Scania, FUSO, HINO, RENAULT V.I. for the local and overseas markets. C.N. Bus has been ordering 121 units of TF Inter and Taipei United Tour ordering 25 units of TF 210. In addition, the latest coaches for export will be effected from the end of 1999 to Hong Kong, China, South Africa, and Egypt.
