Showbus
Exclusive First Editions are proud to sponsor Showbus 1998, Britain's biggest and best bus rally, which this year will be held on Sunday September 27, at Duxford. The Imperial War Museum's site at Duxford in Cambridgeshire is particularly suitable for the event, allowing plenty of hard standing and space to view the vehicles to the best effect. All this combined with the many and varied attractions at the museum makes it a very special day out. To mark the event we would like to offer you the opportunity to purchase three special models available on the day.
25201 Bristol RELL The identity of the first model has been the source of a great deal of speculation. Providing that you purchase any other Exclusive First Editions model from a trader on the day and gain a special discount voucher, you will then be able to obtain the new Bristol RELL in Badgerline livery. The vehicle, WS1182 registered YHU 502J is on the popular seaside route 126 to Weston Super Mare and complements our other fine models already in this livery. This is the first release of the BRISTOL RE with twin headlamps and curved windscreen and it will be in great demand, so be ready.
Showbus Blue Bus VR The second model is another Bristol this time a VR in the popular Yarmouth Blue Bus livery. Unlike the standard release of this model, the Showbus version carries unique adverts promoting - the 1998 rally. This attractive model is strictly limited and will be available from your usual retailers before and during the rally.
In addition to the above models, there will also be a special model made by Exclusive First Editions for Classic Bus magazine, this Daimler CVG6 Orion bodied West Bromwich bus on route 54 carries local adverts and is fleet No.206 registered SEA 206. This will only be sold on the day from the classic bus marquee or from Classic Bus magazine.

We hope to see you all at Showbus 1998 visiting the Exclusive First Editions marquee. On show will be production tooling, model fleet display, special offers, a tombola of rare models and staff to answer any of your questions. Most importantly, on display will be examples of the latest models to be introduced into the range and visitors will be the first to see these new models and castings.
