 This attractive bus is of Büssing manufacture. |
 The IFA H6B is of 1956 vintage. |
 The Mercedes O317 had a rather unusual seating arrangement being neither doubledeck or single. Half way down the saloon one has the option of sitting in the raised section or the rear lower deck saloon, reminiscent of Plaxton's 4000RS design. Ludewig in Essen devloped this body style and the bus is preserved by employees of Essen Transport for whom the bus was originally built. |
