Mainstay of the Airport Express fleet at the turn of the century were these coach seated Mercedes O.405 with PMC 41 seat 160 style bodies. 3384 (MO3384) is seen passing under the City Railway line at Sydney Central Station on route to the hotels of the Kings Cross area having come from the Airport on the 350 routing.

Similar vehicle 3392 waits departure at the International Air Terminal on the alternative 300 routing to the city.

Approaching the downtown area is another Mercedes on the 300, passing a coach of APT.

Two Mercedes coaches await passengers at the Kingsford Smith International Air Terminal in December 2001. 3386 (mo3386) nearest the camera wears the final livery for the Airlink service. The service was withdrawn in May 2003, leaving passengers to use the new rail link or independent operated dedicated hotel shuttles. An alternative is the 400 service to Bondi Junction. |
