August 2005 and 3397 is seen about to start another circuit from Circular Quay. On the left of the picture on layover is one of the ex Airport buses relegated to city bus work.

Nothing can beat the backdrop to this Scania seen with both Sydney Opera House and the world famous Harbour Bridge as it wends its way on the circular Explorer route around the city.

Another Sydney landmark, the AMP Tower can be seen whilst this low floor Scania passes across Hyde Park.

Preparations for the Sydney Festival in January 2004 prevented Scania 3826 doing the loop manoeuvre by the Opera House, so it is pausing at the entrance to the Opera House precinct at the end of Macquarie Street.

Just before Christmas 3826 had strayed off its normal haunt, route 111, Sydney Explorer and was on the 222 Bondi Explorer. It is appropriately seen at the Bondi Beach stop. Unlike the 111, the 222 always enjoys low floor buses.
