 Two of the vehicles used on the Gold Coast Shuttle, which links the airport with the main hotel districts and attractions, are seen parked up in Ernest depot. On the left is 409 (819FNR), an ex Westbus Volvo B10M with Volgren twin deck body. Whilst the top deck seats 47, downstairs there is only a 7 seat rear lounge. Alongside is 816 (204AOL), a Mercedes-Benz OH1625 with Custom-Newnham 53 seat coachwork. |

 Approaching the camera at Burleigh Heads is Volvo B7R 403 (403FOC) with a Bustech 57 seat coach body. The bus was 4 years old when seen in August 2004 with the Pacific Ocean behind. |
