Trident 112 (T112DBW) was fresh out of service with parent company Oxford where it was also 112 and new in 1999 in green livery for the city's Park & Ride services. At this stage it had just had Oxford fleet insignia removed, but still has City branding, but luckily the livery works fine. It is seen on layover in Wycombe Bus Station in October 2014. The Metrobus Tridents were long gone and these buses replaced the blue Volvo Olympian school buses and the Volvo B7TL fleet.

The first bus to appear in full Carousel livery was however quite striking with large amidship fleetnames. It was soon after treated to an Northern Ireland registration to disguise it age. Former Oxford 101 (T101DBW) is seen in Frogmoor, High Wycombe in September 2014 on the 36 to Bourne End.

Waiting at a little used bus stop outside Wycombe Abbey School at the foot of Marlow Hill in June 2014 was 113 (T113DBW). The bus had last been used in the Oxford Brookes University fleet, hence the blue livery. Shortly after the bus was handily transformed into one of Carousel's "Big Blue Bus" school fleet. Several of the Tridents were treated similarly.
