 The key reason for the impressive Lodge's display at SHOWBUS 2010 is revealed as new Setra S416GT-HD, JW10DGE arrives in a special gold livery to commemorate the company's ninetieth anniversary. The significance of the JW plate may be lost on some, but the traded for many years as J W Lodge & Sons. |
 Used on Lodge's bus services is this Optare Excel, V936VUB, used at Heathrow Airport by Meteor. Its former use probably explains the unusal destination display. |
 Also available for use of bus work was this Plaxton Beaver 2 bodied Mercedes O810D, R43GNW, new to MacPherson of Donisthorpe in the Midlands. |
 A few days after SHOWBUS in 2010, Lodge's arranged to take their new gold Setra and pose it at the Imperial War Museum with a Spitfire. |
