 At the time the only Van Hool bodied coach, 5723MT, in the fleet is seen alongside the only MAN, K229WNH. Whilst the two were together in service for a while, the Volvo B9 was bought from an Ayrshire operator to replace the MAN, which despite its Motts standard Jonckheere coachwork, was more of a problem from its non standard MAN chassis. |
