An airport evocative route, the 727. Like its Boeing namesake though, the chance of finding a 727 flying into Heathrow is about as high as finding the erstwhile mainstay of the Green Line fleet, the RF. RF168 (MLL555) is a preserved example, retaining the midlife modernisation a number of the RFs was treated to for further Green Line duties. It is seen at Quainton Station, on the occasion of the 1999 June rally. |
 Seen at EFE SHOWBUS International 2001 is early RF28 (LYF379) one of the RFs modernised in the sixties when LT could ill afford to replace its Green Line fleet. |
