Whilst you can change your mind and choose NOT to be judged on the day, it will NOT be possible to opt for judging on the day if you have already decided not to be judged as the judges' lists will be drawn up from these forms.

There is no closing date for entries, but entries received after mid August are unlikely to be included in the rally programme. Entries are usually accepted for judging up to the Tuesday before the rally. Changes in entry are treated likewise, but if vehicles change ON THE DAY and still need judging, judging forms should be taken to Rally Control for amendments to the following categories:
Class of Entry
Year of manufacture OR
Seating capacity.
All three of these factors are integral to the computerised judging scheme and errors could result in disqualification for awards.

THE 1999 EFE SHOWBUS PROMOTIONAL MODEL

This year EFE are producing a limited number of their EFE showbus model Western National DMS model bearing promotional EFE SHOWBUS advertisements. These rapidly prove very popular and a highly desirable collector item. To enable all our entrants to reserve their own model, an order can be placed with your rally entry. The required number of models will be kept back from the distributors and will be available for you to collect at EFE SHOWBUS next September, from the EFE marquee. Orders must be received BEFORE August 25th 1999. Send a cheque for £12 per model, payable to SHOWBUS. A maximum of THREE models per entry are available:

The Grand EFE SHOWBUS Airside Market

Rally entrants wanting to have a stall at EFE SHOWBUS can do so at the special rates below. Trading from or in front of your entry is not permitted as there will be a special area, in each of the bus parking areas for rally entrant stalls. There is no restriction on distributing free items from your vehicle. If you wish to have your stall in the main trade area alongside the runway, then normal rates apply and you will need to complete the appropriate form and return to Bob Passaway at 9 Beverley Close, MARLOW SL7 2RD bob@showbus.com, who can also be contacted via Simon Bailey to whom this form should be returned at 239 Marlow Bottom, MARLOW SL7 3PZ or simon@showbus.com Only items of transport interest may be sold and the organisers reserve the right to ban the sale of certain items on the day.
To avoid mess left in the stall area, stallholders are requested to provide a litter bin by their stall and ensure the area is left clear afterwards.
