Abbey Park Road depot
The Leicester fleet in 2000 - an assortment of vehicles at Abbey Park Road depot. Nearest the camera is a later East lancs bodied Dennis Dominator, alongside in blue and yellow is a former East Kent Leyland National, its purpose unclear. Next is an ex Capital Citybus Volvo B6 with Northern Counties bodywork rubbed down and ready for repaint. Sandwiched between a pair of East Lancs bodied Dominators of a different style are a pair of First Capital Northern Counties bodied Dominators, still in yellow and red. Tagged on the end of the line between another pair of East lancs Dominators is a former Glasgow Olympian/Alexander in yellow line livery.
