South Wales Bristol SUL4A ECW 120
Before it came up with the bright idea of painting all its buses red or green, the fledgling National Bus Company decided to rationalise some of its fleets from the Tilling and BET heritages. Hence Tilling United Welsh Services was subsumed into BET South Wales which resulted in this quirky and rare ECW coach bodied Bristol SUL4A, 120 (752BWN), gaining SWT coach branding. It was originally numbered 10.

South Wales Leyland Leopard Willowbrook 105 Express West
From another era in South Wales coaching is this Express West branded Leyland Leopard, 105 (LCY105X). The Swansea - Bristol route has had many incarnations over the years, woth its foundations in Neath & Cardiff's "brown bombers" Cardiff - Swansea service. Leaving Cardiff Bus Station the coach was unfortunate to be bodied with Willowbrook's least attractive coach body.

South Wales Bristol FSF6B ECW 968
Almost as rare as a Bristol SUL4A coach is a Bristol Lodekka FSF6B. Originally United Welsh Services 375 (273DCY) the Lodekka became South Wales 968.

Western Welsh Leyland Tiger Cub Park Royal 1367 & South Wales Bristol LS6B ECW 354
Quite what happened to ECW bodied Bristol LS6B 354 (MCY43) to give it such a lop-sided look is unknown. Once United Welsh Services 1271, the bus is being passed by Western Welsh Park Royal bodied Leyland Tiger Cub 1367 (FUH367C).

South Wales Bristol RELL6L Marshall 627
