From the first ever display SHOWBUS 74 at the Hilingdon Show

Showbus 75
A scene from what we think is SHOWBUS 74 at the Hillingdon Show, though it may be 1975. It is from the days when the event was simply two rows of buses lined up: It was a few years before it transitioned into a display. You can pick out a few buses in the line up: Alder Valley possibly coach seated Bristol VRTSL3, a Mercedes O303 thought to be from Wahl, then Golden Miller's new Plaxton Derwent bodied Bedford YRQ, SYO600N, a Reading AEC Regent III and Metro-Scania 1 (GRX1N). Just like any SHOWBUS, plenty of colour and variety and a great mix of old and new.
