Forest created a stir when they became to first operator of doubledeck buses in the Sydney area since the STA retired their Leyland Atlanteans. The buses were the new Australian built Bustech CDi twin steer model and just two entered service in March 2013, disappointingly in TfNSW livery. Rolling into the city off the Harbour Bridge in November that year 9642 (MO9642) had been turned into a giant white box promoting the new contactless Opal prepay cards. Sadly passengers were unable to enjoy the splendid harbour views from the Bridge through the partially obilterated windows.

A few minutes later 9642 heads back from whence it came down Clarence Street. The rear of the Bustech appears to present a ladder of footholds which hopefully youngsters are not tempted to try out.
