Ventura Scania L113CRB Volgren
Our first Ventura Volgren is one of the large batch of Scania L113CRB bodied machines seen in Box Hill Bus Station back in 2001. The quality of digital photography in those days means the bus is unidentifiable.

Getting the light in the right place helps and this April 2001 picture at Box Hill clearly identifies Ventura Scania L113CRB Volgren 130 (2630AO) which dates from the end of 1993. The bus was subsequently renumbered 323.

Out in the grounds of Latrobe University that month was Scania L113CRB/Vogren 31 (2631AO) being overtaken by an unidentified PMC bodied Mercedes O405, now withdrawn and probably one of the Mercedes sold to Melbourne operator, Quinces. The Scania has since been renumbered 336.

Moving the clock forward to August 2008 we see 319 (2559AO) still at work in its original form with roller blind and old style fleet name. The bus was originally 59.
