City Sightseeing Toronto AEC Routemaster Park Royal RM2210
Toronto's City Sightseeing fleet is quite an eclectic mix as these pages show. Long standing stalwarts are London Routemasters some of which which have been in Canada a long time and through several owners. This is former RM2210 (CUV210C), seen in July 2017, which was withdrawn from London service in late 1986. It was bought by Clydeside Scottish for deregulation battles in Glasgow, passing into the hands of Western Scottish as their C84 until 1990. It then popped up with East Yorkshire's 816 in 1992, converted to open top in 1996 and used on the Scarborough sea front service. Its next job was with Mac Tours in Edinburgh as their number 13 where it was fitted with doors and a Cummins B series Euro2 engine with Allison T270 gearbox. It lasted there until 2009 when Ensignbus sold it to The Bus & Boat Company in Toronto as their 6348 (995 3BF), who became the City Sightseeing franchisee in the city that year after operating under their own account for several years.
