A curious Bus. It appears to be registered as W302NUR and boasts a Mercedes Star on the front, and indeed looks like a fairly standard O405 model. The front dash also boasts a Caetano badge and it is possible that it is one of the Mercedes that UVG contracted to finish bodying in the UK before UVG went bust and were acquired by Caetano. Less easy to explain is the Cobus 250 badge, Cobus being a specialist German company building airside people movers.

A small fleet of MPD Darts are used on the Staff Shuttle for BA - the livery is void of BA insignia, perhaps to dissuade members of the public from trying to board.

A relatively late entry in the 2007 SHOWBUS was this Mercedes Citaro of British Airways. We thought we would find a spot in the relatively free space around rally control for it. However, as luck would have it, the Museum had moved one of the front line display planes and it could be conveniently located next to form British Airways BAC 1-11, "County of Dorset".
