Undoubtedly of the three types of trolley I saw in Beijing, these were the most characterful. Often
heavily laden with gaps in the floor boards - heaven help anyone who fell into the central accordian
section! - they do a bit to reduce the pollution in one of the world's most polluted cities.

The outer Beijing trolley terminus of the 107, near the ring road, is something of a wasteland. The trolleys
are able to manoeuvre under battery power in off-wire situations.

Followed by a comparatively luxurious air conditioned bus, this trolley crosses the Ring Road to
the terminus shown above.
