Arriving at Central Station on reserved track down the centre of the road, is this Route 4 tram.

Tram and bus meet in Leidesplein. 840 is actually wearing fleet livery! Contrast it with that of the
Amsterdam City buses. Very few trams date from the era in which this
off white, blue and red scheme was introduced. Many that would qualify for this livery have had it
masked by advert schemes.

The Amsterdam Central Station provides an excellent backdrop as well as a suitable terminus for Amsterdam's
Tram - and bus - services. Many trams are in distinctive advertisement liveries as this one departing
on route 1.

These two modern trams offer low floor access, one advertises the Financial Times, whilst the other
relates to Amsterdam's well known Diamond business.
