This shot of Scania 8081 leaving Amsterdam Bus Station on a sunny August day appeared on showbus.com before it was placed here in the Dutch Arriva gallery. The 500th entry in the 2006 EFE SHOWBUS international was to be one of these fine buses, this picture was used to herald its arrival.

Scania 8080 (BD-SZ-51) attracted a great deal of interest as the first modern bus from Holland, from Arriva Nederlanden.

8080 (BD-SZ-51) was only a couple of weeks old and was to the latest Euro4 spec. Here the contrasting rear end styling can be compared with Stagecoach Busway's Alexander Dennis Enviro400. Note that the Scania does not have a miniature tank on its roof!
