 Fifty one Super Olympians bodied by Australian builder Volgren joined the fleet in 2002. The first to enter service (9810) had its chassis assembled in the UK and body built in Australia. The remainder, including 9813M seen in Bedok in 2009 had Polish chassis and kit bodies assembled in Singapore. Unfortunately the Volgren CR222LD body mirrors the singledecker of the time with "frog eye" headlights, subsequent Volgren singledeckers had less cluttered front profiles.
