 We start with a rear quarter view of 1303. showing the broad layout and branding of Barcelona's fleet of Gas powered buses. A batch of 35 was delivered in 2001 of which fifteen were based on the Iveco Cityclass, and the rest on MAN chassis. All have bodywork by Castrosua. |

The rear of the saloon is poorly arranged. The engine compartment takes all the space behind the rear doors. A triple seat opposite the doors is mounted above the low floor, which is low from one end of the vehicle to the other. However the back seat is two steps up from the low floor and somewhat precarious when perched opposite the exit doors!

 Iveco 1305 splashes through puddles in unseasonal June weather in 2002. It may well have been that my bag with my passport and tickets home was stolen from the bus shelter as I took this picture! |
