Back in 2001, these short Mercedes were used on a route that terminated by the fruit market in Las Ramblas, the centre for street entertainment and restaurants in Barcelona. The bus (4120) was not in evidence the following year, but the route still operated.

One of the oldest buses still in regular service in 2001 was the Pegaso 6420 with Enasa bodywork. In this view 5029 is near the Sagrada Familia Gaudi cathedral.
