NABI supplied the LACMTA with a large fleet of gas powered air conditioned buses in a new red and white 'Metro Rapid' colour scheme for a network of high profile express routes in the city. 7078 is seen approaching the Santa Monica water front on January 6th 2001.

 August 2002 in Downtown LA as the evening rush hour starts to get under way. This Metro Rapid NABI has picked up a bicycle too in the convenient and easy to use front mounted cycle rack. |

 No less than four NABI Metro Rapids can be seen in this picture. This is the layover point
for the 720 service in Santa Monica, which is next to the Big Blue Bus Depot.
