The next batch of Lodekkas had the new Bristol shiny grill, as seen on FLF6G 875 (543BBL) at one of Slough Railway Station's bus stops.

Lodekka FLF6G 881 (549BBL) is seen on layover from the Reading - Wycombe service in High Wycombe's now closed Frogmoor Bus Station. This was the last bus delivered on the old sequential numbering system. The next Lodekka was D1 (839CRX), which was the first to sport the distinctive new Cave-Brown-Cave heaters.
