The 326 had been increased in frequency to every 10 minutes, but not using low floor buses. The route is interestingly a former joint operation between London Transport (326) and Thames Valley (26).

The frequency of the route is not as corrupted as the picture suggests, because this pair of ex London Wright Handybus Darts are not both on the 326 - as the route branding suggests. Leading bus 528 (H368XGC) is on the 326, but the bus bringing up the rear is on another cross-town route, the 301. When these buses got repainted into Arriva colours, it boosted further the number of colour schemes this batch of London vehicles has subsequently worn.

Wycombe Bus Company Dennis Dart Marshall M503VJO
Not long transferred from Oxford - as the fleetname suggests - was a handful of dual door Marshall bodied Darts. Oxford had had the batch of buses advertised for sale, surplus to requirements so they found a buyer for the ones transferred to Wycombe. Whilst the bus still sports Oxford insignia, the legal lettering - on a little blue sticker on the other side - says Arriva the Shires. Dart 503 (M503VJO) is being followed by Olympian 242.

Lynx 301 was 326-branded - and is actually on the route. It is often elsewhere, indeed the branded Darts were seen on evening services to Henley.
