Making an appearance at SHOWBUS 2012 was Diamond Coaches ex Ulsterbus Wright bodied Leyland Tiger. Strangely it has swapped its original Northern Ireland registration, TXI4427, for a new one: LUI9693. The bus was originally 1427 with Ulsterbus and is a rare early example to the standard Wright body on a non low floor chassis.

Seen in the dying days of Wootten's Tiger Line operation is one of its last acquisitions, former Ulsterbus 1375, Leyland Tiger/Alexander W66 (UXI1375). It is in Oxford Road, High Wycombe on route T3 in July 2011, a service to Princes Risborough, which formed part of a contract linked to school transport in Rsiborough. Other commercial Tiger Bus services linking Aylesbury, Chesham and Watford had ceased at this point.

Not only did Ulsterbus divert new coach deliveries to London for Olympic transport, but several Volvo B9TL doubledeckers, with Wright bodywork, came across the water. Here 2298 (PEZ7298) is seen near the Stadium north entrance followed by an anonympus white coach. A Stagecoach Enviro400 can be glimpsed heading in the opposite direction into the Stadium.

Out near Bow, Volvo B9TL 2287 (PEZ7287) heads to the Stadium up the A12.

Volvo B9TL 2287 is seen again leaving the Olympic Stadium.
