Uxbridge depot are obviously proud of their Northern Counties Palatine II bodied
Volvo Olympians and one regularly attended at SHOWBUS. V52 (P252UCW) was chosen
for the 2002 rally. London Central's gold T172 can be seen reflected in the
windscreen.
Uxbridge's Palatine II Olympians were normally on the 607 Uxbridge - Shepherds Bush
Express, but as some of the early low floor Darts used on the Heathrow Direct
service between Uxbridge and the Airport had left the fleet, the Olympians had

was one of the dwindling number of Dennis Arrows still in London. Fellow London
Arrows are being despatched to the provinces. 419 is on route 1, usually the
preserve of Plaxton bodied Tridents.
