London Central had some Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied B7TLs when the Plaxton President ceased to be available. WVL269 (LX06ECC) is seen at work at Waterloo in June 2006.

WVL268 (LX06ECA) is seen at Waterloo on the same day. One wonders what happened to registration LX06ECB, it is not on a bus!

A brand new Volvo B9TL with Wright Gemini bodywork on the 21 is symbolic of Volvo's return to the London bus market - along with Wrights - once the B7TL was no longer acceptable on the basis of noise levels. WVL290 (LX59CZH) is seen in Borough High Street in November 2009.

Sister vehicle, WVL281 (LX59CYW), bears off Borough High Street in search of Lewisham.
