The Arriva Original London Sightseeing contingent arriving at Parking Reception. Leading is the bus which was subsequently judged the best open topper at SHOWBUS, former Arriva London DLP7 (T207XBV), a Plaxton President bodied DAF DB250LF.

The trio parked up by the American Air Museum. In the centre is one of the recently withdrawn Alexander bodied Olympians, amongst the last step entrance buses in London service, delivered to London Buses as L334 (J334BSH).

The third bus is seen leaving the event and looking with the Johnsons Olympian for a chance to join the jam of traffic heading for the M11 roundabout. There was no obvious reason why the traffic heading east this year was so bad. Rally Organiser, Martin Isles, in the yellow jacket is powerless to assist. The third bus is MCW Metroliner ML12 (A112KFX) once in the Shamrock & Rambler fleet. The former express coach, along with the other ex NBC Metroliners acquired for London sightseeing work, is about to be retired.

Joining the Arriva Sightseeing contingent was this fully roofed MCW Metroliner in Kentish Express livery, a coach version of the Kentish Bus livery. Note the Green Line style blinds.

Taj Tours entered this Bova Synergy, based on the singledeck Magic. The mammoth tri-axle seats 83 in comfort.
