 This view from the top deck of Rally Control shows many of the older Showbus entrants and on the right the seven decade line up with the Black Diamond Centro representing the last ten years.

The setting sun on Saturday evening only served to enhance the appearance of the exquisitely restored RM5. It and Arriva cinema RML2360 arrived early to be ready to promote and sell the video of RM5's recent restoration and sell the special EFE model of RM5.

Another iconic London bus, RT1 (EYK396) was also present at SHOWBUS on a promotional basis. In this case it was promoting itself. It was part of a BUSES campaign to raise £150,000 to keep the classic vehicle in the UK. Accordingly it was displayed near the Ian Allan stand.

 This view of pre-war RT1 (EYK396) leaving at the end of the day is outside the Land Warfare Hall. The wartime survivor seems appropriately posed alongside the military vehicles.

 Ward Jones' East Kent Tiger is a SHOWBUS regular and is seen here alongside another regular, David Whittaker's Provincial Regent. The rear view has a nice cosy feel.
