 The very square rear end of 823 (SK16GXF), Tommy Cooper, is evident in this view on North Street in the city centre as Wright bodied Volvo B9TL 438 (BF12KXR), Dr Trevor Mann, in a wrap for the 50th annual Rockinghorse Appeal, a local children's charity, heads towards Old Steine.

 Also in Brighton that day in July 2018 was a Streetdeck demonstrator with the less aggressive style of Wright bodywork. The bus was on extended loan and was allocated fleet number 703 (SN64CTU), it is seen in Old Steine.

 On the opposite side of Old Steine was the hybrid Streetdeck demonstrator. This stayed for a shorter spell but nonetheless gained temporary fleetnumber 702 (SK18TKX).
