2004 saw the centenary of the founding of Maidstone Corporation, though the company had ceased
to exist when swallowed by Arriva. To mark the occasion a special rally was held in Maidstone
in July and the SHOWBUS crew took Motts ex Boroline Olympian to the event to help promote the
SHOWBUS rally. It is seen between a new Arriva Park & Ride liveried VDL SB200 with Wright
body and an early Dart SLF which Arriva had repainted into a version of Maidstone Corporation
livery: 3176 (P176LKL).
