 In late 2018 the Park & Ride was re-christened "Glide" and a new fleet of Alexander Dennis 200EV buses built on BYD D8R electric powered chassis took over the service in predominately Stagecoach livery with "Guildford Electrics" branding. Electric 29105 (LJ68CZE) was on display to the public at the Alexander Dennis Open Day at its facility in Guildford in May 2019.

 Sister vehicle 29106 (LJ69CZF) made an appearance at the Alton Bus Rally two months later. It is seen here with an alternative form of electric traction!

 It is not too far from Guildford to Alton and 29106 had enough "in the tank" to take a turn on the local tours.
