The distinctive front end treatment, with the inverted triangular look gives the double deck fleet an unusual appearance and serves to disguise the origins. This is a pair of Scania N113DRB doubledeckers for school services, acquired from Brighton & Hove. They were Brighton 773 and 774 new with East Lancs bodywork in 1997.

The fleet features one of the many ex Dublin Olympians now loose on the mainland. Volvo Olympian R336LHK has Alexander (Belfast) bodywork and was RV359 (97-D-359) in the Irish capital.

It is not known if this Dinosaur Bus ever ran with Country Bus, but it was in their yard in August 2013. A large model dinosaur is visible inside the lower saloon. The bus was new as Merseyside PTE 70 (A152HLV), one of thirteen front engined Volvo Ailsas with Alexander bodies delivered in 1984. Unusually the bus went on to see further service joining Cardiff's less common Northern Counties bodied examples as their 438.
