Trathens came to fame as a company specialising in transporting pop stars around the country and Europe.
LSK613, a Volvo B12MT with Van Hool doubledeck coachwork, is just such a vehicle - seen here in
Mutley Plain, Plymouth.

Another Van Hool bodied Volvo, this time on National Express work and leaving Plymouth's Bretonside
Bus Station for London. Trathen branched out into competing on the Plymouth - London express service
with a fleet of high profile Neoplan Skyliners at the time of deregulation. Now however, they have become a
National Express subcontractor.
