TTC SHOWBUS International 2011

Display numbers, etc had all been posted to all entries received at High Wycombe by 9th September and should be with you before the event, Post Office permitting. Those received over the weekend of the 10th/11th will be posted on Monday or Tuesday.

If you have not received your paperwork before you set off for the rally, check the entry list for your rally number. Then print out the THREE sheets of paper you need for admission:

The windscreen display needs your rally number written big in the large space on the right and information about you bus written beneath.

The Pay Booth Form to complete before arrival and hand with the appropriate payment to the Museum officials at the Pay Booths.

There is also the Entrants letter which accompanies the paperwork.

If your bus is entered for judging, you can print a Judging Sheet too. The Judging Sheet is only effective if your bus has also been correctly entered on our database for judging.

Check the Site map to see roughly where you are parking.

If your entry is not listed, it has not been received! Come along anyway and report to Parking Reception, located airside in the Motts coach, before the Parking Booths. Wait there until a vacant parking bay can be allocated.

If you are entered for judging you must report to Showbus Control on arrival to get put on the judges' lists for the day.

Please note that emails and phone calls from 9.00am on Friday 16th September will not be received by the team until after the event.
