Two Austral bodied Leyland Tigers sit side by side in late July 2004 in the Clontarf depot. On the right is 80 (080EUF) branded for Redcliffe Peninsula, Hornibrook exclusively serving this area with its fleet of around 60 buses. In standard livery is Tiger 81 (355HXM). Both buses were new in June 1990 and were sold on together to Garden City Sunbus of Toowoomba.

Another Austral bodied bus in the Clontaf yard was this Volvo B10M, 243 (243BVQ). It is similar to many machines operated at the time by Brisbane Transport, whether or not 243 hails from there is unknown, but Hornibrook operate a small number of units leased from Brisbane on seemingly franchised routes.

Outsourced from Brisbane Transport in their livery was QBB bodied B10M 218 (218EQS) at Clontarf in July 2004. The bus was returned to Brisbane in 2010 and then sold.

Looking very well cared for is this 22 year old Volvo B59 with Volgren body built in 1982. Hornibrook 78 (467OHS) was sold for further service to Sisils Bus Lines of Wynnum.

Seen with Sisils is former Hornibrook 79 (029OIV), another Volgren bodied B59 which became 11 (726KBP) with Sisils. Luckily the bus did not need repainting into Sisils livery!
