Strathcona GMC New Look 869
In August 2007 Strathcona County's fleet was predominated by these GMC New Look buses, whose "New" Look was 27 years old. This was the oldest bus in the fleet at the time, 869. Half the original fleet, 859-868, had already been withdrawn, though two extras dating from the sixties, 472 and 478, had joined in 1991 from Edmonton Transit. Two more came from Pacific Western Transportation, 909 and 910, and no less than six from Victoria Regional Transit, 912-914 and 916-918. A further three were acquired from Edmonton for spares around 2005.
