"Scorpion Super Low Floor" was proudly proclaimed on the front of this Fairfax bodied Nissan seen on the downtown Link service in April 2000. The bus may well be number 14, but was certainly numbered 1814 subsequently.

A different style of Fairfax body was fitted to this Nissan Scorpion SBR180 on the downtown link. The style is something of an acquired taste.

 In April 2005, the Link branding was confined to the downtown loop services running clockwise and anticlockwise around the city. Unlike the Designline Omnicity electric vehicles in use at the time, this service was not free but did cover a wider area of the city. The base livery was now silver, as can be seen on Fairfax bodied 1814. The bus was seen five years earlier at the top of the page. |
 The alternatively styled Scorpions were also treated to silver livery, as illustrated by 1806 (UN7506). |
