Winner of the best modern bus at SHOWBUS international 2006 was this recent Optare Tempo delivered in fleet livery for Norfolk operator Konectbus.

The bus of shame! Whereas many school buses are being painted bright yellow these day, this Southern Vectis Iveco school bus, 246, is used when pupils have been misbehaving on board their normal school bus.

The latest pair of East Lancs Scania deckers delivered to Go-Ahead subsidiary Brighton & Hove have coach seating with "smarter charter" branding. This one is 401 (YN06NYK).

One of the earliest entries received was one of the new Citaros delivered to Solent Blue Line and trading under the Blue Star branding: 405 (HD06EZE).
