Another feature of the Bournemouth fleet were dual purpose vehicles used on town tours, in some ways competing with the open top service. This 1965 Willowbrook bodied Leopard 101 (CRU101C) was one of a fleet of three .

 An interesting mix of vehicles round the back of Slough's old Brunel Bus Station. On the left is an Alder Valley ECW bodied RELL on the 22B to Eton Wick. On the right a London Country AEC Merlin, MBS418 (VLW418G) on the Farnham Road 446 service and in the middle, a Bournemouth Corporation Willowbrook bodied Daimler Roadliner on hire to London Country. |
 A better view of the Roadliner. Having become a fan of the Daimler Fleetline, Bournemouth had chosen the hapless Roadliner for its eight 1967 singledeck purchases. |
 Roadliner 55 (KRU55F) has been preserved in the Midlands. It is seen at the July 2016 Nottingham Area Bus Society Gathering and Running day at the Great Central Railway Museum at Ruddington.
