Devon General Bayside Ford Transit
Devon General was one of the first NBC companies to be privatised. Under Harry Blundred it had also been a pioneer of high frequency minibus operation using the Ford Transit. Minibus 519 (C519FFJ) has conversion bodywork by Carlyle Works, the former Midmand Red plant in Birmingham and is seen on display at the Cardiff Centenary Rally in 2003 in the capital city.

Identical 526 (C526FFJ) appeared later in the year at SHOWBUS international. Both buses sport the "Bayside" name in lieu of Devon General. This was one of several identities and liveries deployed on DG's new minibus services. Both vehicles have body frames made by Dormobile.

Preserved Transit 760 (C760FFJ) is seen between downpours at the 2008 North Weald bus rally.

Stagecoach Devon Iveco
Eventually Harry Blundred disposed of his various bus interests around the world to Stagecoach and for some time Stagecoach Devon retained the distinctive route liveries favoured by Transit Holdings for city routes in Exeter. This Mellor bodied Iveco had not succombed to Stagecoach stripes in October 1997.
