Sovereign rose out of the North East division of London Country.
Part of the small Blazefield Holdings group, it gained a portion of central London operations
with the acquisition of BTS to compliment its expanded tendered operations in the Harrow area.
The London operations passed to Transdev in 2002 and the remaining operations to Arriva
in 2005.
Attractively liveried Dennis Dart SLFs with Plaxton Pointer 2 bodies were a prominent
feature of the Sovereign fleet. 573 (W573XRO) was at EFE SHOWBUS 2001 and shows blinds
for St Albans route S2.
 
504 (KG52VAA) is seen on display at North Weald in 2004. The bus is route branded for the
600 service, the Hatfield Business Park Shuttle.
