F257MBT This Lynx in Stevenage is on layover from route SB1, one of the early London Country branded 'Super Bus' routes, originally operated by some of the first Leyland Nationals (dual door) and Metro-Scania Metropolitans in a striking yellow and blue livery. London Country XF types were also used in Stevenage and one was modelled by EFE (see below).
 
Sovereign LR Harking back to the days of London Country is the Roe bodied Olympian of the LR class loading in Stevenage Bus Station, also on the SB1. The Stevenage town routes have been the result of a lot of horse trading between Luton & District (The Shires) and Sovereign, since deregulation.
