An unusual vehicle was entered by Eastbourne at SHOWBUS 2006: 990 (Q424CHH) is a Dennis Javelin with UVG coachwork, as the registration suggests, its origins are obscure, but the chassis is thought to date from 1995.
 
Eastboune Buses Flagship Coaches Scania Irizar
This Scania L94IB Irizar Century was new to Brown of Helperby but was one of Eastboune's Flagship Coaches. It is seen arriving at Showbus 2005.
 
Eastbourne Buses DAF SB220
Seen at the 2007 Eastbourne Magnificent Motors event is Eastbourne's 125 (P906PWW), a DAF SB220/Northern Counties which was new to Speedlink for Heathrow services in 1996.
 
Eastbourne Buses MAN/MCV Evolution
Alongside 125 was 62 (AE06XRP), a MAN 14.220 with MCV Evolution body, the first of a batch of six, adding further quirkiness to the municipal fleet.
 
Eastbourne Buses DAF SB120/Wright Cadet
57 (GX04LWS) is a slightly more run of the mill Wright Cadet bodied DAF SB120 seen in the town centre in May 2007.
