 A Scania from 1984 is 24 (B224YUH), an Alexander bodied N112DH seen on the outskirts of Newport when relatively new. | ||
Sister vehicle 20 (B220YUH) was painted in council maroon and cream in 2002 to celebrate the centenary of public transport, and appeared at the Cardiff Centenary Rally that year.

Newport is not an obvious place for city tours but Newport operates some members of its own fleet on such a City Sightseeing tour. Scania/Alexander 41 (F41YHB) has been converted to open top and is seen near Newport Bus Station in May 2004.

From the same batch of six Newport Scanias, erstwhile 45 is seen at the 2003 Southsea Rally with blinds for the Southsea service. | ||
