In March 2000 a large batch of Dennis Dart MPDs with Plaxton Pointer 2 bodies were delivered to the
East Yorkshre fleets. One the few examples to be based in Hull was 462 (W462 UAG) which has neat
route branding for the 154 service.

Seen on layover behind Hull bus station is another Dennis Dart from the same batch. The vehicle is 465 (W465 UAG).

In 2001 a futher batch of 9 Dennis Dart MPD's was ordered to replace the remaning Mercedes 709D's.
This is one of the last batch of Darts and is 485 (Y485 VRH).

A number of Mercedes-Benz 0.814 Varios remain in service with East Yorkshire. They all carry the
Plaxton Beaver 2 body and one of the batch is seen here setting down at Hull bus station in May 2001.

A supposedly withdrawn Mercedes-Benz 709D with Reebur Beaver 442 (F442 GAT) was still lurking
around the Anlaby Road depot in late May 2001.
